I made some energy bars today, here a how to:)
Everything you need: One tabelspoon of sugar. One tabelspoon of honey.
Seeds, muesli, chopped dried fruits, nuts, and everything else you like!
Warm the sugar and honey in a pan... watch it, the caramel will be very very hot!! When caramelised, put the seeds etc. in, and bake for a few minutes, while mixing well.
Get everything out of your pan, in a dish, covered with bakary paper.
Push the seeds flat.
When you cover it, you can make it nice and flat with your hands. Put it in your refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Chop the bars!
Cool again for about one hour. Then save in closed tray.
And of course, eat!!!
